OFFICIAL RULES FOR GETTING 2008 - METS TICKETS
Here is the story. We know that there is no shortage of orthodontists in our area. In an effort to show our appreciation for choosing our practice, We have decided to take you out to the ball game. We have 100 prime, first class, great seats to give away to our patients for the Saturday, June 14th, 7pm Mets game.
Due to the limited amount of tickets, we have devised a lottery system to distribute the tickets fairly. In the past, we have been very flexible with the rules. However based on the demand for tickets we will be strictly adhering to them. Each patient is eligible and must be accompanied by a parent (that's why you get two tickets). A patient is defined as anyone currently under our care that has paid us money (we're smarter than we look). We will be giving away 50 pairs of tickets. If you have two family members in treatment, you're eligible to win four tickets, etc.
*beginning Apri 29th, we will be giving out numbered wristbands. We will continue to hand them out until June 7th. You to ask for one at your regular appointment or you are also welcome to come into the office to pick up a wristband. The sooner you have the wristband, the better your chances to win. Any or all members of your immediate family can wear a wristband to increase your chances to win.
*beginning Sunday May 4th, and on every Sunday until June 8th, we will choose a few random numbers and give each winner a pair of tickets.
*If your number is chosen, please arrange to come to the office to have your wristband removed and to pick up your tickets.
Wristband Rules
1) In order to remain eligible, you must not remove the wristband. If you do, your disqualified.
2) If your number is selected, you must personally appear and we cut the band off and give you your tickets.
3) If you can not wear the band due to sports, school etc.. a sibling or family member can wear it for you.
It must be worn on your wrist, no exceptions.
Any tickets not claimed on or before June 10th deadline, will be given away to another lucky patient.
