What do you like best about your orthodontist?

The thing I like best is that everyone is really nice. But about 100% of the time everyone is really nice and respectful. No one ever hurts me.
You will not find a better practice.
They are being very sensitive to her needs which makes me feel more comfortable.

Dr. Klempner and Dr. Amram are very easy to speak to about my child's orthodontic needs. I never feel as though either is "speaking over my head." My questions are always answered.
They came highly recomended by both Drs. Branca and Dr. Gold. They did not rush to put braces on my daughter, but took a wait and see attitude.

I would like to thank you and your staff for making my orthodontic journey a success. As an "adult" patient, I was apprehensive and nervous about wearing braces. You made me feel calm and relaxed - truthfully it was so much easier than I thought it would be. You and your staff were professional, caring and friendly. The braces only needed some extra cleaning on my part which was well worth the end result. Coolsmiles office is great. My daughter was 8 years old when we were recommended to come in. I thought she was too young. When I was a kid they waited for all the adult teeth to come in, pull what's crowded and put on braces. My daughter didn't need braces because of early services.

I am approaching the end of one of the most fantastic experiences of my life. As a mature adult, with 3 grown grandsons I was not sure how this new experience would work out but it has turned out to be "THE BEST".

From the moment I entered the office for the first time I felt welcomed, comfortable and excited about my New Adventure. I chose Invisalign because I did not want to draw attention to the fact that I was wearing braces. It was fun sitting in the dental chair surrounded by children of all ages. Since I am a retired teacher I was totally comfortable in this setting. The Staff is among the best I have ever encountered in a dental practice. They are friendly, considerate and relaxed as they take care of us.

I am also honored to know Leon because I think he is the most altruistic person I know. Every year, for about 2 weeks, he donates his expertise and time to surgically help children in Honduras who have been born with cleft palates. I think that is so commendable. And those children will never really know what a kind, loving and caring person their doctor was. It has been a great ride and I wouldn't have missed it for the world!
